A Surrey Wedding Photographer at Leighton Hall Wedding, Lancaster : Josh & Sarah
While I’m am generally a Kent and Surrey wedding photographer I am blessed to be in demand to capture weddings across the UK, Ireland and indeed further afield, so I was excited to travel to Lancaster for Sarah and Josh’s wedding.
The rain didn’t dampen the spirits for the couple and rain on your wedding day is good luck after all! The bridesmaids were great fun to photograph and I loved capturing some natural and fun images of them as they prepared for the day ahead. The couple and their guests arrived to the stunning Leighton Hall in style in a historic double decker bus and 3 historic cars!
This was my first time visiting the Leighton Hall and its location, set in the Lancaster countryside, ensured it was a sensational venue for a wedding.
As the sun shone through I stole some moments with Josh and Sarah who looked so so happy and in love. The fantastic, fun master of ceremonies made sure the excitement of the occasion continued, with everyone dancing on their chairs during the meal!
After some formal and creative shots in the grounds, I captured some aerial images of the beautiful wedding venue. The day finished with fireworks, and as I was travelling home that evening I must admit the smile never left my face thinking about Josh and Sarah’s incredibly fun wedding day.
